About this Site

We created this site for our HIST 80 Digital Narratives course in hopes to shed light on a significant program at University of the Pacific. We'd like to highlight key events that have influenced the CIP program as well as UOP. A lot of information is recorded on CIP's beginnings but how the program has persisted as well as student's experiences throughout the years are left unsaid.

We hope that this website brings awareness to the program, as well as highlight its accomplishments and struggles throughout the years.

We'd like to thank all of the C.I.P. alumni that were able to provide their perspective on the program.

We'd also like to thank Dr. Jennifer Helgren from UOP's History Department for her mentorship and guidance.
